Share your inspiration with us. Our consultants will respond within 24 hours to begin your one-on-one dialogue.

Step 2. Bespoke Proposal

After defining your design and sizing, we will present a formal bespoke proposal and quotation.

FOR CLIENTS IN TAIWAN

Step 3. Securing Your Commission

Confirm your proposal and submit a 20% deposit to initiate production.

Step 4. Fitting & Craftsmanship (4-6 Weeks)

Try on a physical 3D resin wax mold to ensure flawless proportions before final crafting.

Step 5. Final Delivery

Settle the 80% balance. Your jewelry is securely shipped via insured domestic courier.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Step 3. Securing Your Commission

Confirm your proposal and submit a 50% deposit to initiate production.

Step 4. Virtual Concierge (4-6 Weeks)

Review multi-angle 3D digital renderings and high-definition gemstone videos via Google Meet/WhatsApp for absolute precision.

Step 5. Global Delivery

Settle the 50% balance. Your jewelry is dispatched via fully insured logistics. (Note: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.)

Production Time：4 to 6 weeks

All bespoke pieces are meticulously handcrafted to order before dispatch.

  • Domestic (Taiwan): 

    • -Standard shipping: Complimentary, 3-4 business days

    • -Express delivery: TWD $120, 1 business day

  • International: 

    • -EMS delivery: TWD $700, 10-12 business days (Complimentary on orders over TWD $100,000)

    • -Duties & Taxes: Any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Final Sale: As every creation is exclusively made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.

  • Support: Should you have any inquiries upon receiving your piece, please contact us immediately for dedicated assistance.


AFTER-SALES & REPAIR SERVICES

We are committed to the longevity of your investment. Should your jewelry require maintenance or repair, we offer the following services. Please note that we reserve the right to decline repairs for damage caused by improper care or third-party alterations.

In-Person Assessment

Visit our physical salon for an on-site assessment and immediate quotation.

  • Hours: Mon - Fri 12:00-19:00 | Sat 12:00-18:00

Remote Assessment

If you are unable to visit, please contact our team. Repairs typically require 10-12 business days upon receiving the item.

  • Shipping: Clients are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs associated with remote repairs.
