Production & Dispatch

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Bespoke Pieces: 4 to 6 weeks. All custom pieces are meticulously handcrafted to order before dispatch.

Shipping Policy

• Domestic (Taiwan):

Standard shipping: Complimentary, 3-4 business days

Express delivery: TWD $120, 1 business day

• International (EMS, 10-12 business days):

Standard Shipping: TWD $700 (Complimentary on orders over TWD $100,000)

Duties & Taxes: Any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Return & Exchange Policy

• In-Stock Items: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and in its original packaging.
• Bespoke Pieces (Final Sale): As every custom creation is exclusively made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.
