• Domestic (Taiwan): 

• -Standard shipping: Complimentary, 3-4 business days

• -Express delivery: TWD $120, 1 business day
  

• International: 

• -EMS delivery: TWD $700, 10-12 business days (Complimentary on orders over TWD $100,000)

• -Duties & Taxes: Any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Return & Exchange Policy

• Final Sale: As every creation is exclusively made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.

• Support: Should you have any inquiries upon receiving your piece, please contact us immediately for dedicated assistance.

AFTER-SALES & REPAIR SERVICES

We are committed to the longevity of your investment. Should your jewelry require maintenance or repair, we offer the following services. Please note that we reserve the right to decline repairs for damage caused by improper care or third-party alterations.

In-Person Assessment

Visit our physical salon for an on-site assessment and immediate quotation.

Remote Assessment

If you are unable to visit, please contact our team. Repairs typically require 10-12 business days upon receiving the item.

• Shipping: Clients are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs associated with remote repairs.
